A Passion for Security
Da martedì a venerdì della scorsa settimana si è svolta presso la Fiera di Milano “Sicurezza 2008”. Tale fiera ha cadenza biennale e raccoglie i principali produttori europei di sistemi di sicurezza (intrusione - incendio).
Tra questi la INIM Electronics, l’azienda per la quale lavoro da circa 3 anni.

Non voglio fare uno spot gratuito alla INIM ma ringraziare personalmente tutti i colleghi perché nonostante il duro lavoro siamo sempre riusciti, collaborando come una vera e affiatata squadra, a dare il meglio … con un sorriso sulle labbra.
Dal punto di vista personale quando ho visto arrivare, con il pullman messo a disposizione dell’azienda ai dipendenti per renderli partecipi dell’evento, mia moglie e mio figlio ho capito (ma già lo sapevo) che la scelta fatta anni fa era quella giusta.
Un ringraziamento quindi globale:
- a mia Moglie e mio Figlio che, oltre a “sciropparsi” 1.100km di pullman (che gioia immensa vederli), subiscono quotidianamente le conseguenze del mio trattenermi al lavoro fino a tardi la sera;
- ai colleghi del reparto produttivo perché senza di loro i complimenti ricevuti in fiera non sarebbero stati possibili;
- ai colleghi dell’ufficio tecnico per l’ambiente di lavoro sempre stimolante e … divertente;
- alla direzione, fatta da Imprenditori consapevoli che le risorse umane in azienda sono RISORSE; spesso quelle posizioni aziendali sono rivestite da manager inconsapevoli dei danni che provocano con la loro visione limitata al raggiungimento del prossimo bonus.
