Dalla stalla alla tavola

Ieri sera, mentre tornavo a casa dal lavoro, ho trovato lungo la strada una fila di persone davanti ad un distributore automatico. Ho subito pensato: ”ecco i disperati che pagano la tassa della speranza (superenalotto)” invece no, mi sbagliavo, erano in fila per ricevere gratuitamente un litro di latte Crudo.

Un consorzio di aziende locali, sulla scia dell’enorme successo che stanno avendo queste iniziative, ha installato due erogatori di latte crudo. Ieri per ovvi motivi di promozione l’erogazione era gratuita ma già da oggi sarà possibile acquistare il latte ad un prezzo che è circa la metà di quello di mercato.
I vantaggi di un prodotto del genere sono indubbi.
Dal punto di vista della qualità, il latte crudo è più ricco di proteine e vitamine rispetto a quello pastorizzato.
Sotto il profilo del gusto, è ricco di grasso non omogeneizzato, quindi più saporito del latte confezionato.
Esiste anche un vantaggio ambientale: si saltano molti passaggi di imbottigliamento e trasporto ed è anche questo il motivo per cui il latte crudo ha un costo abbastanza contenuto: in media 1 euro al litro.
Se vi sembra un’idea valida andate su www.milkmaps.com e …niente più tetrapack da smaltire, bottiglie di plastica da schiacciare e riciclare, punti da ritagliare e incollare in inutili tessere, pubblicità, packaging, etc. che puntualmente paghiamo insieme al latte.
