Era una afosa mattina di luglio ed io ero dietro al bancone del Bar dello chalet l’Allunaggio di Grottammare. Avevo da poco servito al tavolo 2 “Kappuccini” a due signore tedesche che apprezzavano il nostro Paese per il Mare, gli uomini e i Kappuccini. Ad un tratto il televisore scarsamente visibile a causa del troppo sole, manda un’immagine inequivocabile: una colonna di fumo che si alza da un parcheggio, la polizia ed il giornalista che dice: “Assassinato il Giudice Borsellino”.
Le signore mi guardano come per chiedermi: “Cosa è successo?”
Io (lo ricordo come fosse ieri) risposi: “MAFIA”
E’ un ricordo forte, intenso che mi porto dentro distintamente nonostante a quelle signore ed ai successivi avventori del bar mi mostrai completamente insensibile all’accaduto.
Qualche giorno fa Riina ha fatto sapere tramite il suo avvocato che i mandanti dell’omicidio sono altri . Sempre recentemente al processo Dell’Utri (esiste anche questo oltre a quelli di Meredith, di Erba, di Cogne e di Garlasco) e stata messa agli atti una lettera di Massimo Ciancimino, figlio del boss Vito Ciancimino che dovrebbe confermare l’ipotesi di una «trattativa» tra lo Stato e la Mafia per la consegna del Boss mafioso Totò Riina allo Stato (avvenuta pochi giorni dopo … ma è un caso come dice Mancino) in cambio dell'abolizione del carcere duro (e di fastidiosi Giudici aggiungerei io).
Non so se Riina volesse lanciare un messaggio ma il fatto che nessun esponente dello Stato fosse presente alla Commemorazione per Borsellino mi fa pensare che qualcuno l’abbia preso come tale e ha voluto manifestare con la sua assenza il proprio dissenso verso l’operato di questo vero Eroe … (altro che Mang*no!).
